Simon McEvoy

Senior Commercial Manager

Simon works with potential and existing customers to find solutions for their workspace needs within the Making it Work platform. Simon’s experience in the Dublin office market, including acting for national and international occupiers, gives him insights into occupier requirements and how to support companies in finding the right space on flexible terms.

Rachael Scanlon

Senior Property Manager

Rachel provides facilities management and operational support and direction to the on-site teams at our Making it Work buildings. She is passionate about delivering sustainable management practices and works closely with the building management teams and occupiers to implement the company’s responsible management strategy, mechanical and engineering and IT.

Glenn Cran

Head of Asset Services

Glenn oversees the management of building operations and amenities at Making it Work, ensuring a first-class service for occupiers. He also promotes ongoing collaboration with customers through the company’s occupier engagement programme as well as its wellbeing and energy management initiatives.

Ellen McKinney

Sustainability Manager

Ellen is responsible for co-ordinating and implementing IPUT’s Responsible Investment Strategy across its portfolio, including the Making it Work platform. Ellen works with the Making it Work team to devise and deliver plans to implement the company’s three key pillars: climate action, circular economy and health and wellbeing.

Darragh Martin

Project Manager

Darragh is in charge for the delivery of the Making it Work spaces for occupiers from concept to completion, including assessing and implementing customer requirements. Darragh brings his experience in a range of construction and development projects to help form the link between the customers and all aspects of our design team including architecture, mechanical and engineering and IT.

Kris Papic

Operations Manager

Kris is responsible for building management and daily operations at Making It Work. With 22 years’ experience in hospitality, he is committed to professionalism and passionate about service. Kris is available at our spaces to meet and exceed the Making it Work customers’ expectations and to become an extension of their team.

Tom Dzeba

Workplace Manager

Tom is a Workplace Manager at Making It Work, responsible for occupiers’ and visitors’ experience. Tom is always developing and finding new ways to make Making It Work not just a regular office while delivering a five-star service. He is an energetic and enthusiastic individual with more than 20 years of experience in hospitality and customer service, and a coffee aficionado.

IPUT Real Estate Dublin

Making it Work is IPUT Real Estate Dublin’s flexible office platform created to enhance long-term relationships with our occupiers by offering short-term flexibility.

We are Ireland’s largest commercial landlord and have more than 50 years’ experience in the Dublin office and logistics market. Our scale gives our occupiers the unique opportunity to evolve and scale and, by owning and managing our buildings, we can offer seamless delivery of space.
