All our workspaces are designed and delivered with flexibility. Whether you need to establish an office in Dublin or find new space for a project team, we offer contemporary fully furnished branded spaces from 10 desks to 250 desks for terms of 1-5 years. Our workspaces are available fully managed by our dedicated team for one simple monthly charge, allowing you to focus on your business or on our larger spaces on a furnished only basis.

We are constantly looking for ways to add value for our occupiers, with all Making it Work member getting access to our exclusive amenities throughout Dublin city, including the Auditorium at Pearse Street, Studio Lounge and Roof Garden at Fifteen Georges Quay.
